El Camino de las Misiones

El “Camino de las Misiones” data de la antigua época de evangelización de los guaraníes, en la que padres de la orden jesuita desarrollaron, en conjunto con los guaraní, un modelo único de organización, en la que el imperio del trabajo y el sello guaraní impregnaron en todo el legado barroco guaraní dentro de las Misiones Jesuíticas Guaraníes de los 30 pueblos de la región.

Las antiguas sendas guaraní, caminos misioneros y después viejas carreteras de los troperos, sirvieron de orientación para el trazado del camino que se presenta en tramos que conjugan una peregrinación mística, de investigación, espiritualidad, de ocio, de contemplación, de deporte, etc.

Es un lugar donde la mística y fe tocan el alma. Así lo atestiguan los numerosos relatos de turistas, peregrinos y pensadores que visitan las misiones jesuíticas guaraní para disfrutar de la perfecta experiencia cristiana de la humanidad salvaguardadas en las gruesas paredes de piedras con una fuerza indescriptible.

The Path of the Misions dates from the ancient time of evangelization of the Guaraní, in which priests from the Jesuit order developed, together with the Guaraní, a unique model of organization, in which the empire of work and the seal Guaraní permeated throughout the Guaraní Baroque legacy within the Guaraní Jesuit Missions of the 30 towns of the region.
