También conocido como“Yvy Marae`ỹ”, La Tierra Sin Mal, está situado a 7 km aproximadamente del centro de la ciudad de Encarnación. Para llegar al lugar es necesario seguir el camino que lleva al santuario de la Virgen de Itacúa. Simplemente al ingresar se observan frondosos árboles en todo el alrededor. En este museo uno encuentra numerosos objetos que fueron utilizados en las guerras de la Triple Alianza (1865-1870) y del Chaco (1932-1935). Sumado a estos objetos se encuentran imágenes de héroes, trabajos artesanales de tallado en piedra, pinturas entre varias otras piezas más.
La que fue la habitación del Prof. Delvalle, dentro de la vivienda-museo, se encuentra una gran cama de hierro rescatada de Ñeembucú que pertenecía a los López, en su placar aún se conservan sus rendas, un hermoso piano y una nutrida biblioteca que además contiene los libros de Del Valle. Sumado a todas estas maravillas se aprecia una extensa galería con los retratos de recordados héroes paraguayos de la Guerra de la Triple Alianza, así como óleos de la época del renacimiento, de mismo Bartolomé Martínez con un total de 21 obras que fueron adquiridas para su posterior exposición en el lugar.
Siguiendo el recorrido por un pasillo que lleva a otros sectores de la casa-museo, en donde se encuentra una pieza única de mármol, siendo el busto del General Bernardino caballero, esculpida en 1926. Unas cadenas de hierro fabricadas en la fundición de hierro de Ybycuí, que sirvieron para obstaculizar el paso de buques aliados en Humaitá, en tiempos de la Guerra de la Triple alianza. Ya en el fondo de la casa-museo se encuentra la cocina, en donde se exhiben antiguos muebles de los años 1850, traídos desde Europa. También están expuestas las obras del artista Rubén Núñez de San Cosme y Damián con piezas que forman parte de la galería llamada “Museo de las Sugerencias”.
El Prof. Alberto Delvalle falleció en la ciudad de Encarnación a los 65 años de edad, haciendo realidad su sueño de contar con un museo que comenzó como una colección de arte sacro familiar, que también puede ser visitada en un espacio especial, en donde se honra a los santos como San José, Santa Catalina, La Virgen María entre otros.

Prof. Alberto Delvalle died in the city of Encarnación at the age of 65, making his dream of having a museum come true.
